By registering an account on the 459bd platform, accessing any game or betting market, or making any financial transaction on the site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with 459bd's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all players accessing 459bd from Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar, as well as any other location from which the platform is accessible.

If you are accessing 459bd on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms, and that the person or entity meets all eligibility requirements set out in Clause 2 below.

459bd reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the 459bd platform after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

Age Requirement. The 459bd platform is strictly intended for adult players aged 18 years or older. By creating an account or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing, registering on, or using the 459bd platform in any capacity.

Age Verification. 459bd reserves the right to request official identity documentation — including but not limited to a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — at any point during a player's lifecycle on the platform to verify compliance with the minimum age requirement. Access to deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay may be suspended pending satisfactory verification.

Consequences of Underage Use. If at any time 459bd determines that an account is held by or has been used by a person under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the originating payment method. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited in their entirety.

Eligibility Representations. By using 459bd, you further represent and warrant that:

• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you;

One Account Per Player. Each individual player is permitted to maintain exactly one active account on 459bd. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 459bd reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and confiscate any balances in those accounts without prior notice.

Account Security Obligations. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 459bd account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly;
• Never share your login credentials with any other person;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify 459bd immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account by contacting [email protected].

Account Responsibility. 459bd will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any bets placed, deposits made, or withdrawals processed using your account credentials — whether by you or by any person who obtains access through your negligence — will be treated as having been authorised by you.

Account Information Updates. You must promptly update your account information whenever any personal details change. Outdated or inaccurate information may cause delays in payment processing or result in account suspension pending re-verification.

Supported Payment Methods. 459bd processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. 459bd reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits. The minimum deposit amount on 459bd is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation of receipt by the relevant payment provider. 459bd does not charge any fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which 459bd accepts no liability.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification and compliance checks. 459bd reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any ongoing verification requirements.

Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using funds obtained through illegal or fraudulent means, is a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

Currency. All account balances, bets, bonuses, and winnings are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 459bd does not accept or process any foreign currency transactions.

General Bonus Terms. From time to time, 459bd may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses credited to a 459bd account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement must generate ৳10,000 in total qualifying bets before a withdrawal is permitted).

Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 459bd reserves the right to determine eligibility criteria for each promotion and to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion, including where there is reason to believe that a player is exploiting promotional terms in bad faith.

Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit, misuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or the use of third-party tools — constitutes bonus abuse. 459bd reserves the right to void any bonuses, winnings, and associated bets, and to close the accounts of players found to be engaging in bonus abuse.

Bonus Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonuses not used or wagered within the specified validity period will be automatically removed from the player's account without compensation.

Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on 459bd are subject to acceptance by the platform. 459bd reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a technical error has affected the display of odds or game outcomes, where a bet exceeds applicable stake limits, or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

Bet Finality. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by 459bd, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to review all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming any wager.

Game Integrity. All casino games available on 459bd — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, and live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi — use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live physical processes. 459bd does not alter, manipulate, or interfere with game outcomes in any way.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Each game and betting market on 459bd is subject to its own minimum and maximum stake limits. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. 459bd reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time without prior notice.

Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or betting market — including but not limited to disconnections, server errors, or display anomalies — 459bd reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to players' account balances. No liability will be accepted for any winnings that would have been generated but for the malfunction.

Cricket and Sports Betting. 459bd's sportsbook covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket and sports markets. Specific rules governing settlement, void conditions, and in-play betting apply to each market and are published within the sportsbook section of the platform. In cases of event abandonment, postponement, or exceptional circumstances, 459bd's settlement decisions will be final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 459bd platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods to fund an account.
• Money Laundering: Using the 459bd platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or to otherwise facilitate money laundering in any form.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or match-fixing in sports betting.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other third-party tool to interact with the 459bd platform without explicit written permission from 459bd.
• Exploiting Technical Errors: Taking advantage of any software bug, miscalculated odds, or technical error on the platform to make bets or generate winnings in a manner not intended by 459bd. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Multiple Account Operation: Registering or operating more than one account on 459bd, whether under the same or different personal details, for any reason including circumventing account restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in relation to a legitimate 459bd transaction. Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings for any funds owed.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or using the 459bd platform while under the age of 18, or knowingly facilitating access by a person under the age of 18.

Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your 459bd account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 459bd will process any pending withdrawal of your remaining balance to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable verification checks.

Self-Exclusion. Players who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their wellbeing may request a self-exclusion period through the responsible gaming section of their account or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the affected account will be inaccessible and no promotional communications will be sent.

Suspension by 459bd. 459bd reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• There is a breach or suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• Account activity raises concerns related to fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• The account holder is found to be under the age of 18;
• A duplicate account associated with the same player is identified;
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months;
• Requested identity or payment verification documents have not been provided within the required timeframe.

Effect of Closure. Upon account closure — whether voluntary or by 459bd — all pending bonuses and promotional credits will be voided. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to 459bd, including any outstanding chargebacks or fraudulently obtained winnings.

Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. 459bd will attempt to contact the account holder at the registered email address prior to applying any dormancy policy. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to keep their accounts active.
